What's Windows PocketPC?

Windows PocketPC is a new operating system from Microsoft. It has been built from the ground up to make possible new categories of business and consumer devices that can communicate with each other, exchange information and synchronize with Windows-based computers, and connect to the Internet. "CE" doesn't represent a single concept, but rather implies a number of Windows CE design precepts, including "Compact, Connectable, Compatible, and Companion."
